Are Home Cardio Workout and Fitness Programs Really That Good?




Not everyone can go to the gym, if you want, especially with the hectic lifestyle of today. This can be especially frustrating when you're after a fitness workout program for your weight loss management program.

Are there good cardio and fitness programs on the market that drives you, as if you were at the gym? Whatever you do in the comfort of your own home? Are you better work from a book or a training DVD?

I train for my own general health, since I am now heart disease (hereditary) and I have to stay on top of it.However in my past, I mainly because of my career for people trained (I in the armed forces was) and Sports, I adopted, football, rugby, American football and freestyle kickboxing.I was also kickboxing instructor (2nd degree black belt), the teaching of students beginner to black belt level.
